The MacMillan Pipe Band will play today in Gaithersburg’s fifth annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade at the Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, Md. The parade is presented in partnership with the Harp & Shamrock Society of Gaithersburg and steps off at 10:00 a.m. This is the band’s fifth appearance in this parade.
